Services

We provide window and exterior cleaning services across Bude, Camelford, and North Cornwall. Details of our services can be found here:

Scheduling & Access

• Regular cleans are typically every 4 or 6 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

• If we cannot access the property (locked gates, obstructions), we may still charge for the visit if not informed in advance.

• It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure access on the scheduled day.

Payments

• Payments are due upon completion. We accept GoCardless, bank transfer, or cash.

• GoCardless payments are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

Liability

We are fully insured and operate with care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to property

• Issues caused by lack of maintenance (e.g. loose fittings, brittle seals)

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Persistent cancellations may result in service termination.
